Grief Tower 101

This workshop introduces the Grief Tower methodology as a way of helping TCKs process their grief.

If you’ve already received training on the Grief Tower, you can skip ahead to Grief Tower 201, otherwise this is a prerequisite to Grief Tower 201.
This introductory course will cover:
  • Understanding the methodology 
  • Various practical application models
  • When to know which "blocks" need follow-up care
Introduction to unstacking the Grief Tower - whether you are an Adult TCK unstacking your own tower, or you are a parent or caregiver of TCKs helping them unstack their tower (this is covered more fully in Grief Tower 201).
