Meet the Speakers

Larry McCrary

Upstream Collective - CEO/President

Author, speaker, and global church planter, Larry co-founded The Upstream Collective - a non-profit devoted to helping churches learn how to engage people with the gospel at home and in other cultures. He currently serves as the CEO/ President of Upstream. Larry and his wife Susan currently live in Spain.

Bradley Bell

Upstream Collective - Executive Director

Bradley Bell is the Executive Director of Upstream Equipping and Publishing. He has over twenty years of experience as a missionary, missions pastor, lead pastor, and missiologist. He is also the author of multiple Upstream books. He and his wife Katie, have four daughters and live in Louisville, Kentucky.

Lauren Wells

Chief Executive Officer

Lauren is the Founder and CEO of TCK Training and author of Raising Up a Generation of Healthy Third Culture Kids, What Made That Feel So Hard: The Unstacking Method, and more. An Adult Third Culture Kid (ATCK) who spent her teenage years living in Tanzania, East Africa, Lauren has worked with over 1,000 parents and TCK caregivers and has trained staff from over 80 organizations.
