Coaching Options

One-on-one coaching is an opportunity to meet with a trainer who has 18 years' experience working with intercultural and globally mobile families, to discuss your specific questions and concerns, and received tailored advice and practical tools. Co-parenting couples are welcome to attend a 1-on-1 coaching session together.

Coaching sessions are perfect for:
  • parents of international families
  • educators/counselors at international schools
  • other caregivers in international communities
  • adults who have lived/are living globally mobile lives


Family coaching sessions allows parents and children to come together, to share experiences and feelings and learn common language and new tools they can take home. 

Common issues discussed in family coaching sessions include:
  • the impact of displacement/other changes 
  • emotional regulation strategies
  • preparing for an upcoming change/transition
  • creating an intercultural family identity


Pricing (discounts available for non-profit workers)
  • 50 minutes 1-on-1, $105 USD
  • 90 minutes 1-on-1, $155 USD 
  • 2 hour family session, $295 USD

Tanya Crossman

Director of Research and International Education Tanya Crossman is traveling to South East Asia twice in 2023. In February/March she spoke at the International School Counselors Association conference, spoke at both public and private events, and led trainings for counselors, among other services. In October/November she will be leading workshops at the International TCK Conference, working with international schools, speaking at both public and private events, and providing coaching services to professionals, parents, and families. Tanya has 18 years' experience working with intercultural and globally mobile families, and has worked for and with groups on five continents.
