This thought-provoking workshop explores the complexities of navigating multiple cultures and identities as an Adult TCK.

Adult TCKs will gain a deeper understanding of the strengths that their childhood experiences fostered, such as adaptability, cultural fluency, and global perspectives.

We will also address the challenges they may encounter, including cultural identity struggles and a sense of rootlessness, and explore strategies for fostering resilience and self-discovery.
