Coping with Change

Every time we go through a significant season of change, our minds and bodies are impacted in profound ways. In this workshop, we will investigate some of our neurobiological responses to change and gather practical tools to address the impact of these seasons of life.

Perfect for those parenting through global mobility, caregivers and educators working with young people who are dealing with change, Adult TCKs learning how they interact with change, and anyone who feels pressure to ‘hit the ground running’ after a big move.
