Laying an Emotional Foundation
When life has required a lot of adaptation, it’s easy to build competence on the outside while feeling unsteady on the inside. Laying an Emotional Foundation is a practical, trauma-informed workshop designed to help participants strengthen the “basics” that make everything else more sustainable: emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and reliable coping rhythms.
We’ll explore how stress shows up in the body, how to recognize early signals before overwhelm hits, and how to build simple, repeatable practices that increase a sense of safety and stability. Participants will leave with a clear framework and concrete tools to support resilience, connection, and long-term wellbeing in everyday life and during seasons of transition.
