Processing 101

In this workshop, Elizabeth is going to be explaining processing in a way that none of our other trainings, debriefs, or workshops have. We’re going to be learning what processing is, how you do it, and we’ll even be practicing processing in the workshop.

This workshop will be building off the concepts presented in the Grief Tower, so it is a prerequisite that you have taken a Grief Tower workshop or read The Grief Tower.
