The TCK life has many built in spoken and unspoken expectations, which can cause TCKs to develop unhealthy views of boundaries.
In order to thrive, TCKs need to learn to recognize what lies within their realm of responsibility and what does not in order to know when it is wise to set up boundaries to protect themselves emotionally, physically, mentally, and socially.

Learning to use boundaries helps TCKs and Adult TCKs build agency and confidence in a lifestyle that can sometimes feel chaotic (even while it has some incredible benefits!).

In this 45-minute workshop we will explore the purpose of boundaries, practical suggestions for building personalized boundaries for TCKs, and what the hopeful outcome is for TCKs with healthy boundaries in place!
