Teaching TCKs about Healthy Boundaries

The TCK life has many built in spoken and unspoken expectations, which can cause TCKs to develop unhealthy views of boundaries. In order to have a healthy future, TCKs need to learn to recognize what lies within their realm of responsibility and what does not in order to know when it is wise to set up boundaries to protect themselves emotionally, physically, mentally, and socially.

In this 90-minute workshop we will explore the purpose of boundaries, how to navigate teaching TCKs boundaries, practical boundaries suggestions, and what the hopeful outcome is for TCKs with healthy boundaries.
