This training is for church staff and volunteers who are investing in and caring for missionary families. 

As experts in Missionary Kid (MK) care, we have seen how the Church is perfectly positioned to fill needs for emotional and spiritual care for missionary families. We want to equip, empower, and support you as you care for missionary families. This training will cover the following topics:

- Foundations of missionary family care
- How your church can cast a vision for MK Care
- What should the church's role be
- How can you equip yourself to fill that role well

This is the price for an individual participant.
The price per church allows for unlimited participants within your church. 

Unlimited distribution is for organizations who would like to share this training with multiple churches.

Lauren Wells

Chief Executive Officer

Lauren is the Founder and CEO of TCK Training and author of Raising Up a Generation of Healthy Third Culture Kids, What Made That Feel So Hard: The Unstacking Method, and more. An Adult Third Culture Kid (ATCK) who spent her teenage years living in Tanzania, East Africa, Lauren has worked with over 1,000 parents and TCK caregivers and has trained staff from over 80 organizations.

Jessi Bullis

Director of Adult TCK Services

Jessi is an Adult TCK who grew up in Singapore, England, Turkey, and Germany. She has a heart and passion for TCKs and the unique struggles they face. She received her undergraduate in psychology and a seminary degree in counseling for the purpose of caring for TCKs well.
