Supporting University-Age TCKs (age 18+)

The Raising Healthy TCKs Workshop is a prerequisite for this workshop.
We look at very practical skills and areas to be aware of supporting your young adult TCKs. You’ll come away with many ideas of how to parent proactively and preventively based on the unique TCK lifestyle and this developmental stage.

Why should I take this course?

Parents

Care Providers

Adult TCKs

Parents of university-age TCKs should take this workshop to learn how they can best support their TCKs transition to university, parent from a distance, and know when to reach out for additional support.
Caregivers and sending entities should take this workshop so that they can provide recommendations to parents of university-age TCKs and consider the entity's role in a healthy university-age season for their TCKs.
While this workshop is not intended for Adult TCKs, Young Adult TCKs (university-age) should take this workshop to know how to advocate for the support they need, prepare well for university, and when to reach out for additional support.
