Third-Party Platforms
Accommodation Requests
TCK Training is committed to making our educational content accessible and inclusive for all learners.
Our programs, video trainings, downloadable materials, and membership experiences are delivered through third-party platforms. While we do not control the technical infrastructure of these platforms, we strive to partner with providers that prioritize accessibility and align with recognized accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
Our Role
Within the platforms we use, we aim to:
Create content with clear structure and logical organization
Provide captions for recorded video content whenever available through the platform
Design presentation materials with readable fonts and strong contrast
Structure downloadable documents in accessible formats where possible
Avoid unnecessary visual or cognitive complexity
Third-Party Platforms
Because our courses and resources are hosted externally, certain accessibility features — including navigation structure, keyboard access, screen reader compatibility, and player controls — are governed by the third-party provider.
We encourage learners who experience accessibility challenges within the platform interface to contact us directly so we can advocate with the provider and explore alternative access options.
