Tell them how they can support you (they want to know your needs, and when they know how to care they can care better!)
Send them an email or note telling them how they've impacted your TCKs and family (these types of emails and stories are the things that keep caregivers going on days that are difficult!)
Ask them how they’re treating themselves & resting this month (Caregivers notoriously will sacrifice self-care to care for TCKs, by you asking “how are you caring for yourself this month?” they’re more likely to do it 😉 )
