Navigation Lab:
Building Resilience in Your Kids with Positive Childhood Experiences (PCEs)

Resilience isn’t a personality trait your child either has or doesn’t. It’s something you can build, and you don’t have to guess where to start.
In this hands-on Navigation Lab, you’ll use the Positive Childhood Experiences (PCEs) framework to take a clear, practical look at what’s already supporting your child’s resilience and what’s missing right now.

You’ll leave with two tangible outcomes for each of your kids:

  • a simple PCE inventory (what they currently have in place), and
  • a personalized action plan for strengthening the PCEs that are absent or underdeveloped.
