Understanding Your Anxiety as an Adult TCK

If you’re an Adult TCK who experiences anxiety, you are not alone. Our research has found that 80% of Adult TCKs report struggling with depression and anxiety as an adult.

In this 90-minute workshop we will discuss why anxiety is so common for ATCKs, where it stems from, how your experiences growing up may have impacted your mental health, give you practical tools for working through your anxiety and suggest follow-up care options for continued healing and management.
