Understanding Your Anxiety as an Adult TCK

If you’re an Adult TCK who experiences anxiety, you are not alone. We know that TCKs are more likely to experience anxiety than their monocultural peers.

In this 90-minute workshop we will discuss why anxiety is so common for ATCKs, where it stems from, how your experiences growing up may have impacted your mental health, give you practical tools for working through your anxiety and suggest follow-up care options for continued healing and management.

If you're a parent looking for how to support your younger TCKs, check out our TCKs and Anxiety workshop directed towards you.
