Youth Mental Health First Aid
for TCKs

Pre-order now for a discount!

Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches how to assist teens facing mental health or addiction challenges. The course covers common mental health issues, adolescent development, and a 5-step action plan for crisis and non-crisis situations. Topics include anxiety, depression, eating disorders and more.

It is important to us that people get trained, so please be aware there are options to get YMHFA training elsewhere for cheaper if you want to look into it!

However, if you want to get the training from a TCK expert and having discussions in a TCK cohort, this is the only place to do that.

There are 3 components to this training:
  1. 2 hour pre-work through YMHFA
  2. 8 hour live virtual training with TCK considerations
  3. Final online assessment
