In our latest research, we found that more than three quarters of Gen Z international school TCKs struggled with emotional issues in adulthood. 77% struggled with at least one of: emotional regulation, unresolved grief, and naming/understanding their own emotions. SEL that focuses on the skills associated with emotional regulation can improve outcomes for these students!
